UPDATE -- Michelle Obama's Purported Admissions, and Philip Berg's Lawsuit Mentioned in The Washington Times
Yesterday evening, rumors began to swirl around the Internet that Michelle Obama had once again opened her mouth only to stick her foot in it.
The rumors all pointed to an article on a little-known Web site named African Press International which purports to have interviewed Mrs. Obama on the continued controversy surrounding her husband's citizenship. In the interview, Mrs. Obama laments that "American white racists" are bringing up the issue, that "there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president," and says that Barack "was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner."
Upon hearing about it last night, I dismissed, as fraudulent, the article for several reasons and STILL very much believe that, standing alone, it fails to pass the sniff test. The timing is all wrong, the venue too obscure, the statements too venomous. Still, I learned this morning that the editors may have proof that the statements purported to come from the would-be First Lady are, in fact, authentic.
Honestly, it reminds me of the 1992 presidential campaign when supporters of President George Herbert Walker Bush claimed to have a photograph of Bill Clinton burning an American flag in a Moscow square, yet the photo never seemed to turn up. Here, the story itself reeks of fraud, but the addition of audiotape evidence would instead make it smell like roses.

African Press International has again written and expressed their intent to release the audio recordings after weighing legal consequences of doing so. Once they do so--if they do so--we'll absolutely cover it here.
They've also explained, rather nicely and fairly believably, the reason that Michelle Obama purportedly called them in the first place, chalking it up to contacts in Nairobi:
Many have question why Mrs Obama would choose a little known online media group instead of the American media. API was chosen because of a Nairobi contact that did not like the way API was covering Barack Obama using information collected from American media outlets. The Nairobi contact prevailed upon Mrs Obama to talk to API.
You know my feeling on this. It didn't seem right to me from the beginning. If it's authentic, though, if they do in fact have such evidence, I'll gladly eat my words. Until then, however, I'm washing my hands of it.

A new entry at the African Press International Web site admonishes me for publishing the e-mail exchange between editor-in-chief Korir and WorldNetDaily's Jerome Corsi. Let me be perfectly clear here:
I had express authorization from Jerome Corsi to make public the e-mail exchange in question.
"They know I'm a writer. They know what I do for a living," Corsi said. "Anybody who corresponds with me in that capacity and does not specify that their correspondence is off-the-record knows that it is on-the-record. Their e-mail did not contain any such language, and it was treated accordingly."
Please understand that I am not out to mince words, fabricate facts, or slander anybody. In fact, even last night I questioned whether or not the initial article at African Press International was indeed a complete fraud, and therefore an example of African Press International's decision to knowingly publish inaccurate information about, and fabricated statements falsely associated with, Michelle Obama. If anyone should be looking over their shoulder for a libel suit, it's the folks at African Press International.
That is, unless they can provide evidence of the conversation which had purportedly taken place between their staff and the wife of a major--the major--American presidential candidate.
In the recent article, the editorial staff at African Press International maintains that they are indeed in possession of an audio recording, that it will "be released when we are satisfied it is not intended to be misused in any way or for any gains by an group," and that the Barack Obama campaign should not be so quick to denounce the statements made by API as patently false.
"They should wait until they get all the facts on the table before making any conclussions [sic]," the article reads. "They should not think they control all calls Mrs. Obama makes."
With this recent non-admission, I'm resigned to say that I was correct to begin with. This whole thing smelled like a complete fraud. While it may have succeeded in drawing more attention to the questions surrounding the Illinois senator and to Philip Berg's lawsuit in particular, we should wash our hands of this matter unless audiotape or certified telephone log evidence is released.
As one of the readers here at America's Right wrote, perfectly, to me in an e-mail: "It sounds like someone is trying to get me to buy a car and ship it to their second cousin in Nigeria."
Agreed. I couldn't have said it better myself.
Corsi also agrees that, sans audiotape, the article at African Press International is not credible, stating that as far as he is concerned, until an audiotape or similar evidence is produced verifying the statements as Michelle Obama's, the story is just that -- a story.
"They write that they don't want to release the tape for fear they will influence the election doesn't add up," Corsi said. "If that is the case, why'd they write the story in the first place?"

Another intervening motion was filed today in the ongoing federal suit against Barack Obama. This motion, filed pro se by "U.S. Citizen and voter" Judson Witham of Provo, Utah, is the third such motion for leave to intervene filed in this case. As I mentioned when the others were filed, I feel as though we should continue to focus our attention on the case-in-chief.
Counting this and the other two intervening motions, there are now nine pending motions in the Berg v. Obama action. The others include Berg's motion for expedited discovery, Obama and the DNC's motion to dismiss, Berg's opposition to the motion to dismiss, Berg's motion for leave to file amended complaint, Obama and the DNC's motion for protective order, and Berg's response to the motion for protective order.
Just a reminder -- despite the perceived delay, the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick is well within his discretion here, and may very likely hand down an order (possibly addressing all pending pleadings) this week. Or he may not. Please continue to check America's Right for updates.

The source I could not name earlier is in fact Jerome Corsi, author of the bestselling book, The Obama Nation. Corsi, of course, was the journalist detained in and deported from Kenya just a short week ago, shortly before he was to conduct a press conference further detailing among other things the relationship between Barack Obama and Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga.Since hearing about the article released yesterday by African Press International, Corsi has been attempting to gain access to or even further information about materials which could verify the authenticity of the statements purported to come from Michelle Obama and subsequently denied by the Obama campaign.
"Given the e-mails I'm getting from the chief editor, he's defending himself and I'm challenging him to produce the recording he says that he has," Corsi said. "I don't see any motive for him to lie. Still, I'm not accepting it as authentic without further investigation."
Corsi went on to say that, "given the way he is defending it," the report seems to be initially credible, and that "right now, my journalistic instincts say 'okay, you've got my attention, and if you're prepared to say it's reliable, then prove it.'"
"I'm seriously interested, of course, but I need verification," Corsi said. "I'm not buying this as a sure thing without verification."
Corsi provided me with his e-mail exchange with the editors at African Press International as of 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. This exchange, he said, will "validate that we're in touch, and that they're certainly under pressure to come forward."

According to Jerome Corsi, that is the extent of the e-mail exchange so far. So far, he says, he is cautiously optimistic, and wants to ensure that pressure remains on the editors at African Press International to verify their claims and Michelle Obama's statements.
"If they have a tape and they release it, this will be extremely damaging to the Obama campaign," Corsi said. "If they don't, there's just another indication that there's smoke but no fire. We'll just have to wait and see. I am not prepared to go out on a limb and believe them, not unless they produce the audiotape they claim to have. If they don't accept this challenge, I'm prepared to drop them."
Corsi went on to point out that he had raised questions about whether or not Barack Obama was adopted by Indonesian stepfather Lolo Soetoro, saying that he wrote about the Indonesian school registration documents in The Obama Nation, and that "the Associated Press verified the photostats of those documents and certified them as true." Because Obama is listed on those documents as an Indonesian citizen, Corsi says, it makes sense that Michelle Obama would tell African Press International that he was adopted.
"The truth is, we're 20 days away from Election Day and even such a fundamental fact about where Barack Obama was born remains in doubt, and his campaign has done nothing about it," Corsi said. "This problem should not require a Harvard Law degree to solve. This matter should not require an FBI investigation to sort out. We've got a man running for president who is conducting one of the most monumental cover-ups about, of all things, his own identity."

Frank Gaffney at The Washington Times made reference to Philip Berg's lawsuit against Barack Obama in yesterday's paper, apparently, stating the following in an article entitled "The Jihadist Vote":
Another question yet to be resolved is whether Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States, a prerequisite pursuant to the U.S. Constitution. There is evidence Mr. Obama was born in Kenya rather than, as he claims, Hawaii. There is also a registration document for a school in Indonesia where the would-be president studied for four years, on which he was identified not only as a Muslim but as an Indonesian. If correct, the latter could give rise to another potential problem with respect to his eligibility to be president.Curiously, Mr. Obama has, to date, failed to provide an authentic birth certificate which could clear up the matter.
Philip Berg, just last evening, mentioned that he had completed a lengthy interview with a reporter from The Washington Times who had not yet heard of the federal suit and was "extremely intrigued by the whole thing." Upon hearing about this story, however, Berg mentioned that the reporter he spoke with was not Frank Gaffney -- so perhaps there is more to come.
Furthermore, it seems as though people from CNN's D.C. bureau have been sniffing around at the federal courthouse here in Philadelphia. No details are available at this time.

Now, here's the deal. I still think that the African Press International story, as it stands, is a complete fraud. However, the addition of a telephone number to be used for verification purposes--there was no answer at the other end--definitely piqued my interest and motivated me to make a few telephone calls.
My source--who, at this point, cannot be named--said that while he did not hear the audiotape himself, he knew for certain that they were in possession of it. This, of course, reminds me of back in 1992 when supporters of then President George Herbert Walker Bush said that they were in possession of a photograph of Bill Clinton burning an American flag in a Moscow square, only no such photograph ever turned up.
Again, we need to be careful here. On its face, the African Press International piece is about as suspect as it could be. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever that Michelle Obama would call this fly-by-night organization, which hadn't been kind to her husband, and make such outrageously incriminating and otherwise divisive statements so close to the election. She may be an angry woman, but she's also an intelligent one and should know the ramifications of saying such things.
This story has obviously taken off, so much so that it has been noted on two separate well-respected political blogs.
Byron York at National Review mentioned the rumors at The Corner, but oddly enough almost went out of his way not to mention anything about citizenship:

ABCNews' Jake Tapper was a little more specific on his Internet blog, Political Punch. Tapper went on to say that representatives of the Obama campaign dismissed the report as "all a lie," and that he found their response "quite believable":

The conservative blogs are all atwitter about a bizarre interview allegedly with Michelle Obama on a website called "African Press International."
“My husband was born in Hawaii and adopted by his step father, does that make him unpatriotic," she supposedly said "on a direct telephone to API" the "interview" hypes. It goes on from there.
This morning my inbox is filled with the "WHY ARENT YOU COVERING THIS?" emails on the subject. The answer is: because it doesn't appear to be in any way real.
Obama campaign senior adviser Robert Gibbs says the interview is a complete and utter fabrication. "It's bogus, she didn't call, it's all a lie," he says.
And I have to say -- I find their pushback quite believable. The Obama campaign does not tend to directly engage fringe websites making wild charges, and if they were to do so they certainly wouldn't have Michelle Obama make the call.
Maybe the folks at API were taken in by an imposter. Maybe they made it up, I don't know.
In these last three weeks, there is going to be a lot of dung thrown at the wall. Lots of charges and counter-charges and counter-counter-charges.
A word to the wise, my friends. I don't know if you know this, but not everything that appears on the internet is true.
I'm with them both. Standing on its face, the purported interview doesn't pass the sniff test. It sounds contrived. It's too convenient. Still, with my source saying that there is audiotaped evidence that it is true, I cannot help but wonder. Phil Berg, confronted with this information, said pretty much the same thing.
"Obviously we cannot say whether or not these statements made by Michelle Obama really were made by Michelle Obama," Berg said. "However, should they have come from her, it really solidifies the arguments I've been making for the past few months. We need to wait until someone has the audiotape, but even without it, there should be enough out there that somebody should ask Obama about it at tonight's debate. Where were you born, Barack Obama? Are you Indonesian, Barack Obama?"
In the meantime, one of the readers here at America's Right e-mailed me with a response he received from the people at African Press International when asked about the authenticity of the Michelle Obama statements. The message:

I was just involved in a telephone conversation with a very reputable source who says there is very, very likely an audiotape showing that Michelle Obama did in fact say what she said.
I cannot say more right now, as to the source, but let's put it this way -- If you want to know something about Barack Obama, you talk to this guy.

Having said that, even if it is true I don't think it will matter. It's gotten to the point that people don't care what is wrong with Obama, they will vote for him anyway. They are all apt to believe it is made up slander even if it came directly from Michelle O. herself on a taped television interview.
Phil berg coul win his case, courts will delay action, hamas could officially endorse Obama, and no one currently supporting Obama would care. The only way we are going to win this thing is to vote, 100% of us.
There's only one question that needs to be asked:
Does the Republican National Committee have an opposition researcher who knows about this?

I am a concervative and remain skeptical of the Michelle Obama tape. If it really existed I think Hillary would have used it. However, if there is something to it we need to know before we go vote on November 4th. Please push to get the information and post it if such exists.

I'd say be careful. Remember that just before the primaries ended, Larry Johnson at "NoQuarter" starting saying there was a videotape of Michelle Obama using the term "whitey" during a speech she was giving at a church.
Despite many reports though the blogosphere AND even a couple comments at Fox News, not to mention Larry Johnson saying such a tape is going to show up "any day now", no copy of the tape ever showed up.
This is sounding a lot like that supposed tape.
Jeff, man you are doing a hell of a job. I check your this thing at least 10 times a day and i like how you give substance behind what you report and just dont say how you hope or feel (though i would love nothing more than for obaam to be unable to continue running for many many reasons). I happen to know a Wash Times columnist socially. Asked him 3 weeks ago if he had heard anything about Obama not being eligible for POTUS for citizenship reasons (Kenya and/or Indonesia). CNN.com released an article today about internet rumors about the Presidental and Vice Presidential candidates. One of the "rumors" they mentioned was about Obama's citizenship and the Berg vs. Obama case.
So anyone who religiously reads cnn.com will now automatically dismiss this case as a rumor. Figures.

I hope the African Press grasps the seriousness of the issue. This isn't about their credibility or them making nice with the Obama's...it's about our Constitutional requirements for the presidency.

Obama should get the title of the President of the liars in the USA!
Personally I think this story stinks and was tossed out to deliberately cause a distraction from the REAL STORY. Everyone might want to keep their eye on the ball or be dismissed as conspiracy theorist. Berg's case has merit. This story smells like bait, which if taken, will cause all concerned to be fully dismissed as loons.
Even if "audio" emerged it would be concrete "proof" of nothing.
I certainly hope that if an audio tape actually exists, that API has made multiple copies of it. It wouldn't surprise me if it somehow "disappeared" or would somehow be destroyed in some way. If this is real, I sure hope the tape is released ASAP. Otherwise, the opportunity may be lost forever.
In the beginning I had my doubts. It seems far fetched BUT when you weigh these things it has a real possibility.
1. That site will post anything it finds and will use Blog writings and post them looking like a big news story. My point here is Blogs are the ONLY place you can find any truth right now! They have no problem with putting it up for the world to see. Anti-Obama sentiment and stories of direct involvement (with pictures!) are all over that site.
2. Isn't it the Obama way to use anything from terror tactics he's learned from his aquaintances to incite people to "get in their face", call everybody a racist that exposes him and even move people to SILENCE a person interviewing a man who is about to prove him a fraud by cutting the power to a radio interview. NOT American! She would want it stopped.
3. Ms Thang wants a new house! She would likely have been pointed to that site talking about her husband, like I've done on there, and would be likely to have her guard down to foreigners over the phone. Especially since, and lack of credibility has been mentioned by us here, that it looks like a cheap site that some college kids decided to do. It doesn't present substance BUT it does (not from a journalist's stand point) but from the basis of their material coming from OUR blogs! We know we're having to rely on each other right now, chomping at the bit for a real media source to tell everybody what we know!!
No matter what it looks like, the origin of material....that story spread like a brush fire and NOW has been recognized by a valid media source.
Everybody knows. Everybody is waiting for a damning something to hold onto. A valid, credible tid bit like this might just open the flood gates!

Why is it so important that the folks over at "API" get something out that has a remote chance of being verified?
Because this "API" site will now be the linchpin for the grenade of the birth certificate cover up.
It's shocking, and that's what the press loves. What Berg is doing is not so much shocking as it is more academic/forensic; there is nothing news-worthy to it (as far as the MSM is concerned) until the judge rules in some way on it.
This story has been percolating for several weeks (maybe several months) now, just beneath the radar of major US news outlets (though I would wager everyone has, in fact, been watching, similarly to how most news outlets watch Drudge without admitting it).
The Obama campaign (and, allegedly, Philip Berg) had, very quickly, posted commentary on the "API" site. This suggests to me that they have been monitoring this situation quickly enough to issue a denial (a denial of what, we don't know, as they're not saying which parts they deny). Why vehemently go about denying something that isn't true to begin with?
So. This story is "knocking on doors" of the MSM. If the story has no evidence behind it, that makes the perception of something negative about Obama untrue and makes the issue harder to sell, regardless of the two lawsuit outcomes.
However, if the story is verifiable (as "API" is adamantly defending), it would appear that (1) this gives great credence to Berg's lawsuit claims and (2) the MSM will absolutely begin taking this issue quite seriously. If the audio is authentic (as well as all ancillary info that "API" admits to possessing), this would be explosive.

What I find odd is that the Indonesian school registration form isn't seen as proof that Obama was adopted. He used the name Barry Soetero and was listed as having Indonesian citizenship. Obama admits to using the name Barry Soetero....what child uses the step-father's name if he isn't adopted?

This sounds like something the Clinton's would have done in their hayday. Even if you hear the actual audio, how do we know it wasn't an impersonator?
EVEN if is IS Ms. O, if the camp just denies it, the MSM will accept that as truth, and we are right back where we started.
API is going to have to show A LOT of back up for this to have any legs.
The danger is if it is picked up by the MSM, then, ALA Dan Rather, is proved to be a hoax.

I'm being cautiously optimistic. But given the gaffes that she's made before and the fact that she probably thought speaking to an African publication (based in Norway, but she would not have thought that), I could see this being credible. Of course, she would not say anything on camera or to the MSM in America, but it's very possible she would have fired off at API.
I think Corsi is getting a runaround with this man. I won't believe it until an audio is posted.

1. API had a telephone call from Mrs Obama after consultations with Nairobi. We will avail all the details and what transpired so that all interested parties may understand that the story is not fake.
2. API has no interest in the outcome of the US elections and we do not partner with any group in the promotion of any candidate for the presidency.
3. Our recordings will be released when we are satisfied it is not intended to be misused in any way or for any gains by an group.
Today, API received thousands of emails and replied to some from different people who wanted to know more about the story and others who wanted to get the audio recording emailed. However, we were shocked to learn that the emails replied by us were published on different blogs - made public. Our replies to the emails were not intended for publication.
Although we are not hiding anything, we would like to release all the information in the right way in order to avoid misunderstandings that may put us into problems with the Obama’s. We do not want to land into legal disputes with anyone.
The Obama campaign spokesperson(s) should not be quick to dismis the story as false. They should wait until they get all the facts on the table before making any conclussions. They should not think they control all calls Mrs Obama makes.
The timing of the interview should not be faulted on us. It was Mrs Obama who contacted us after someone took the initiative from Nairobi to connect API and her.
API requests all readers to be patient. They will get all the facts very soon, now that we have realised the importance of the story to them.

This story is officially bunk in my opinion. API just posted a series of updates to there site claiming that Jeff wasn't supposed to post the Corsi emails. Now they are saying that they will not release the audio until they are confident that it will not hurt the Obama's. Hence, they do not have any audio recordings, and I highly doubt they even had an interview.
This whole thing now smells like a Nigerian email scam. They are probably trying to extort someone for money.
Brilliant idea that someone else had on another forum:
"Why not sue Mr. McCain for not telling the truth about what he knows about Mr. OBAMA and is refusing to tell the public?

Is Sammy Korir A Police Informer?
A KSB reader in Norway would like us to publish this story for general information. Original story In Norwegian Dagbladet can be found HERE.
Sammy Korir worked as a secret agent for the Norwegian police.
Sammy Korir will not talk to Dagbladet, but a letter to the Police chief says he is more open about the fact that he has been employed by the Police Alien Unit (PU) from February 2007 until he himself said that the job as police agent ended at the end of April this year.
While police officers in the PU failed to identify the African asylum seekers in Norway, Korir soon identified many of the African men - and got them out of the country. Korir has traveled around in Norway and abroad with a separate police-id issued by the Police Aliens Department. This has happened without the senior leadership team of PU being made aware that Korir operated for the police. See also: Investigating all of the issues of Korir.
In a letter dated 4th April this year, Sammy Korir writes: “The work has consisted of mapping, investigation and Identification directed against asylum seekers exhibited with the identity and ID-solving”.
According to Korir, he has worked for the Norwegian law enforcement to bring about closer cooperation between the PU and African embassies accredited to Canada.
“A lot of my time is also used to visit foreign embassies in the United Kingdom, Sweden and Denmark that have been accredited to Canada. The cooperation with embassies and foreign immigration authorities has been very successful because they have been able to easily identify themselves with me in many areas in accordance with the behaviour and working methods”, writes Korir in a letter Dagbladet has been given access to.
Korir has also - with a separate police-id - visited Bergen politidistrikt. He has conducted interrogations of asylum seekers in Oslo kretsfengsel, arrest by Greenland police, in Bergen prison and on Trandum internat.
A charlatan: Sammy Korir is the same as the man who Supreme Court - based on current hyesterettsjustitiarius Brenda Blethyn as one of the judges - in a judgment in 1992 described as a “charlatan” and “unqualified and unreliable”
Korir is also well known to the Norwegian police in the past. Nevertheless, he was taken into the heat of Politiets utlendingsenhet, according to which he himself had a key role in identifying African asylum seekers.
Korir has in recent years - from 1996 - led the organization’s Rainbow Foundation which has been paid out large amounts from the state to AIDS-prevention efforts among African youth in Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsoe. Last year, the Rainbow Foundation was paid 408.000 kroner in state funds. According to NRK ustlandssendingen they do not have any evidence that the events of the Rainbow Foundation have been held as scheduled.
Sammy Korir, as that organization’s president, has taken out most of the state funds to pay and - according to NRK - spent the rest of the funds in visiting restaurants.
Now under investigation: Korir and the Rainbow Foundation of the National Institute of Health.
Sammy Korir claims in a letter to Justice Knut Storberget and Minister of Labour and Social Inclusion Bjarne Haakon Hanssen that he has worked with 47 asylum seekers for the police.
“In my work in the PU, I have participated in 47 cases. Of these cases, 32 are fully resolved, that is they have all travelled. Of the 32 cases with clarified identities and who have been given their travel documents, 19 have already left the country for their homes”.
Korir argues further that those who have not been sent out and are still in Norway is due to capacity problems in PUs transport department.
Dagbladet has tried to interview Sammy Korir about his work for Immigration police. But the Norwegian-Kenyan has refused to talk to the newspaper Dagbladet. Apart from a brief, if not exactly friendly call, Korir made it clear what he thinks about the Norwegian media.
In two smses to Dagbladet, after the newspaper called on the door of his home in Ashdod, Korir writes: “I’ve been told that you have been at home with me and my family tracked down. I do not want to have anything to do with the media”.
Prior to this short time, he later sent the following text message: “Dagbladet must feel free to write what they want now and in the future. That does not concern me and will never affect me no matter what. So good luck”.
In the brief phone call Dagbladet had with Sammy Korir, he denied that he has had something to do with the police.
“I have no knowledge of the police and asylum seekers. I do not know politimester Ingrid Wirum. I do not have anything to do with this”.
Wirum is head of Politiets utlendingsenhet. The letter accuses Sammy Korir also PU for the lack of results. The letter says: “PU has a responsibility and cannot just continue as it is today. I had a good time looking at PUs business and how to work today”.
Moreover, according to the letter, dated 4th April 2008: “Norway cannot continue as it is today to let the ID issue resolved by people who go around in the community and commit crimes, when it is possible to verify who they really are and where they originate from within the continent they claim to come from.

This is someone trying to bury the truth under a mountain of B.S.
The more we rant about it, the more likely "we" will be cross referenced as "believers of" this B.S. Thus the truth (and Bergs lawsuit) will be discredited by any serious investigators.

You and Mr. Korir have absolutely no basis to attack Jeff. API made the decision to run the story, and now Mr. Korir needs to have the journalistic integrity to 'promptly' substantiate his claims. The burden of Mr. Korir's actions are his own to bare, not the global media at large. As it has been pointed out, there is no logic behind running the story if Mr. Korir did not have the intention to provide the audio recording immediately and without condition.
Therefore, the only individual that is being an ass at the moment is API. Their hesitance and comments are, at best, suspect.

This blog has answered many questions i have had since hearing this story three days ago. Thanks for your hard work. Don't you think the focus on API and their validation is too much? What I care about is the ruling that demanded Obama turn over records on Oct 15. What has happened there? Isn't that where the weight lies to expose this guy?

I'm still trying to make some heads or tails of this...
Nobody outside of these folks at "API" can verify the story as legitimate, because we have an undocumented interview and that's it.
It's almost as if they're trying to gin up support for their website by getting their page hit counter to peg as high as possible before releasing any further info.
It's also interesting that the above article makes things sound like they are their own entity, unbound by the wishes of anyone except themselves. That is, however, a bit hard to believe, what with their attitude of, "It's simply amazing that our little interview here has produced so much controversy with those Americans!"
And for those folks who have an issue with Jeff releasing Jerome's emails, two observations:
1. Unless the contents of the emails were edited (and we readers have no way to determine this), there are no explicitly stated claims of confidentiality; further, Jerome and Jeff have both proceeded forward expressly stating that such public release was not a problem.
2. There is nothing materially different between what the emails say versus what all other published articles/commentary say; if anything, they do show that "API" is maintaining their story through and through.
Let's watch and see exactly when the audio/additional information is actually released, if ever. That could say a lot.

A lawsuit has been filed with the Pennsylvania Eastern District Court requiring Mr. Obama to produce documents to prove he is constitutionally qualified to run for President. So far Mr. Obama has refused to produce the documents and is trying to fight the court order to produce the documents. Any American should be able to prove citizenship in less than a day. Why can't Mr. Obama?

I seriously almost can't take all this anymore. I know Obama is not what he appears to be. I know he associates with low-lifes. I know he cannot tell the truth to save his soul. However, waiting for the Judge to rule on Berg's motions has caused me sleepless nights. I am in fear of what Obama is doing and will do to our country. I have been a Democrat my whole life and even I am questioning him. Something is not right! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. I know the judge is trying to take his time, but crap or get off the pot already! You are causing a panic in America! Make a decision for "discovery" and you cannot be faulted for that. As my grandmother used to say, "better safe then sorry". He either has the vault form or he does not. Let's get this show on the road.
Obama is a liar and a deceptive guy and he might even get away with this dishonest behavior and trample the constitutional requirements to become PotUSA. After all, he is black and we know that black people in the USA are "legally entitled" (shamefully entitled I could say) to affirmative action 1) at work; 2) at school; 3) at universities (Obama got to Harvard without the get necessary to get a place at Harvard!!); 3) for the Democratic nomination of the PotUSA (a black does not need to pass the super delegates test and got the nomination autoamtically by affirmative action due to the color of his skin!!); and 4) probably also for the PotUSA!!
Apart from that, you will never ever get the audio files of Michelle Obama!!
Mind you, they might exist! But Corsi has been a little bit to explicit with the African Press International (API) (second time I believe; the first was with McCain saying that McCain would lose if he kept talking about the economy). It is a mistake to say to the African Press International (API) too explicitly why you want the tapes even though you are entitled to assume that they understand why even if they might not be fully clear about the very tricky issue related to the Indonesia adoption of Obama!!
So, conclusion:
---no answer by the judge until after the elections and he will tell that it is not his jurisdiction!
---no tapes of the anti-American Michelle Obama even though she might have spoken to the African Press International (API)!!
When are we going to get results, tangible results instead of false hopes!! After all, the elections start in a couple of days and ACORN has created so many bogus voters that this coming elections is very likely to be a fraud of the highest magnitude!!

Well, clwmba09, you're not alone in being confused about that "ruling."
Truth is that there hasn't been a ruling. The document you're viewing is a PROPOSED order and not an actual signed order.
Most jurisdictions require that attorneys file a proposed order along with any motion or any request for the court to take any kind of action. It saves a lot of time for court staff.
The proposed order is the attorney's list of what he wants the judge to rule. Sort of written wishful thinking.
Both sides will file proposed orders with their filings, usually along with a memorandum of law, or brief, explaining the legal reasoning on which they base their request to the court.
Unless and until the judge actually signs an order, it is no more than a piece of paper.
The only order that has been signed in the Berg v Obama case is the order denying Berg's initial request for injunctive relief, which would have effectively shut down the campaign.
No discovery orders have been signed. No one has been ordered to produce anything.
Anytime I hear about " NIGERIA" I became sceptic. Maybe I'm wrong.I wish.The Nigerians were those who wanted to contribute to Obamas camp. They collected the money, but one of the London Bank,became suspicious and stopped the money before it reached the USA. I could be wrong, but I'm still suspicious about Nigeria.

OK, just saw the following comment from the posting, On Obama: I can’t live with the idea of an Islamic Radical Communist being commander in chief of the most powerful military in the world. Many are saying there will be another civil war in the US. (comment #5, purportedly the editor):

I'm not sure if any of these types of stories have legs to them, but if you do a Google search on "Larry Sinclair," you'll find a guy who claims to have had multiple email accounts and blogs hijacked by the Obama campaign and claims to have had a couple of, shall we say, "trists" with the Senator.
Things get more and more interestinger and interestinger.

Thanks to whomever linked to Recordings and information leading to recent API story on Michelle Obama’s telephone call is now being cleared for release. I have a few observations:
1. API's story has not changed. They maintain they have the evidence and even venture to say that there are unpublished aspects that will "cause" the Obama contacts to essentially back off that this isn't true.
2. They continue perpetuating quite a tone of naivete, don't you think? They continually assert that they are "surprised" by how much attention this story is getting. This makes me think that the whole birth cert concept was never a consideration on their part. That's a hunch, but how else do you explain their apparent ignorance of drawing such a crowd to their site?
Nevertheless, none of this is to say that they are in any way more legitimate with this story. In fact, they are building themselves up for even more of a big fall if all of this is a farce.
On the other hand, while they may have not realized what they've gotten themselves into at this point, if they actually possess such evidence, they are correct in postulating that this will change America's landscape forever.

Larry Sinclair conducted a national press conference June 18, 2008 outlining the nature of his contacts with Obama.
He was immediately incarcerated following the presentation on bogus charges for 5 days. Involved were Senator Biden's son, Attorney General for Delaware, and following Biden as V.P. pick the charges were dropped. Later they admitted the incarceration was installed to control publicity of the NPC.
I only cite this as one more example of the multitude of cover-ups by the Obama campaign.
Sinclair is now on his "taking it to the streets tour", despite abuse of every type imaginable, in an effort to get his story out.
Many know the story, but the MSM have done their dutiful part and have not reported.
The pattern with all things associated with Obama's narratives now bear a signature mark.
This whole thing souinds like the Georgia Bigfoot body hoax that ran a few weeks back. Basically if you have evidence, you produce it. If not, it's a fraud.
Greg Stay says: Don't bag on Bigfoot. He's real. I've seen him. However, Michelle Obama's "adopted" or "whitey" tapes are just hoaxes.
To Jeff, Bigfoot says "Hi."
So here we are over a month later, and not one person noticed "Jim."
A lot of folks would love to blame this all on "Sammy Korir of API," and just move on, since the hoax failed miserably.
But the fact of the matter is, "Sammy Korir" wasn't behind the hoax - Parker James Shannon, aka Beckwith of The Obama Files, was.
And that's why Corsi called "Jim," and wrote his initial email to "Jim."
